Who are Smartre Training?

Andrew Trim

Andrew Trim flies under the real estate radar. However, as a Triple Olympian and Medallist, with over 25 years of real estate experience and an MBA, he owns and leads several real estate sales businesses that each consistently earn in excess of $1,000,000 annual profit. There are not many real estate teams consistently making the volume of sales as the ones under his direction. In addition to this Andrew has built a property management business exceeding 1300 properties.

 

Andrew Trim is the Managing Director of Smartre Training.

Adam Horth

A true salesman, Adam’s career in real estate commenced in 2003. Starting off as the agency junior, Adam’s career and skill set evolved alongside his organisation. After establishing himself as one of the country’s greatest ever prospectors – Adam’s career in Real Estate sales saw him ranked amongst the countries best. His next challenge saw him open his own agency and develop a new generation of high performers. After 6 years, Adam’s office become the number one real estate agency in Ipswich, Queensland.

 

Adam Horth is the Operations Director of Smartre Training and its key Sales Trainer.

Peter Tran

Coming from the wrong side of town, until Peter found real estate his life was destined to end early. In what only can be described as a true ‘rags to riches’ story, Peter found his calling in Real Estate. Growing from dirt (as he puts it) although Peter is a technically astute salesperson, his true passion lies in his ability to develop young men and women through real estate. Over many years Peter has time and again developed high performing salespeople; many of whom are now Principals of their own agencies.
