At his core, Adam Horth is a salesman. Beginning his real estate career at the age of 19, since then Adam’s obsession for real estate sales has only continued to grow.
Adam’s career in real estate saw him achieve outstanding results, yet it wasn’t until 2012, when he launched his agency in Ipswich, QLD, that he truly found his calling. Within 6 years, his agency was number one in the area, and he had helped develop a team of high-performing agents.
As his team grew, so did Adam’s desire to share his knowledge and love of sales. When the opportunity to join Smartre Training as a director and trainer arose, it was an obvious answer.Adam’s focus at Smartre Training is on the sales training and the management of salespeople. He is also the Operations Director within the Smartre Group. This role has him implementing the Smartre System into his own agencies, still to this day, ensuring it meets the challenges our clients are facing.
